This website is operated by Calashock OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under commercial register code 14863911, at Maakri tn 44, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. In these terms, “Hudson”, “we” and “us” all mean Calashock OÜ, and “you” means anyone using the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site describes a product we are building. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract to supply anything.

The site describes intended functionality, and it says so. Anything written here about what Hudson will do is a statement of current intention. Product plans change, and features described today may be different, delayed, or absent at launch.

Joining the list means we will email you once, when Hudson opens. That is the whole of it. In particular:

• joining does not create a contract, reserve a place, guarantee access, or fix a price;
• we have not committed to a launch date, and we may decide not to launch at all;
• we may open access in stages, and we may choose who to open it to;
• you may leave the list at any time, and we would rather you left than stayed unwillingly.

Only submit an email address you are entitled to use. Do not sign other people up.

Everything on this site — the words, the design, the logo, the Hudson name, and the underlying code — belongs to Hudson or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may read it, share links to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, present our material as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Our acceptable use policy sets out what you must not do here. It forms part of these terms, and breaking it is breaking these terms.

We would like the site to be available all the time, but we do not promise that it will be. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you if we do.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply — in particular that the information here is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose you have in mind.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any business loss — lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or lost goodwill — arising from your use of this site, and we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you used it.

We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to. A link is not an endorsement.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
